General Terms & Applicability

To open an account on jbaji, the user must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete; providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and doing so may result in all accounts and their associated balances being forfeited. A national identity card or other documents may be requested at any time for identity verification purposes. The user is solely responsible for all activity conducted on their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on jbaji are conducted in BDT and deposits and withdrawals must be made through the designated payment methods. After a deposit is made, it will be credited to the account within a specified processing time; in the event of urgent technical issues, processing may take longer. Withdrawal requests will be processed after verification is complete, and requests may be declined if incorrect information is provided. Bonus and promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. If a suspicious transaction is detected, jbaji reserves the right to suspend payment until the account is verified. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Jbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without warning in the following circumstances: providing false information, evidence of fraud, repeated violations of terms, operating an account on behalf of a minor, or by order of the authorities. If a valid balance exists before the account is closed, it will be returned after the specified process is completed, though this does not apply in cases of fraud. Users may also request to close their own account at any time through our support team, and this request will be processed within 7 business days.
